No-Hitter Halladay Reds

No-hitter Halladay Reds: Roy Halladay has pitched the second post-season no-hitter in history in the game against the Philadelphia Phillies. The first time in history was Don Larsen in 1956 during a World Series game. Larsen was pitching for none other than the New York Yankees.

Halladay also threw a no-hitter in Florida on May 29. However, this is the post-season and is the NL Division championship.

According to the Associated Press, The All-Star right-hander allowed one runner, walking Jay Bruce with two outs in the fifth, and struck out eight.

The Reds won over the Phillies 4-0. This was an amazing feat, and ensures that the Reds will continue in their quest to make it to the World Series.

Did you see the no-hitter from Halladay for the Reds? What did you think about it?
