Urban Meyer quits as Florida football coach. Can you believe that after Tim Tebow left for the NFL, that Urban Meyer has swiftly followed suit? After all, we are familiar with the coach's health problems. Last year he quit, and many thought it had to do with the star QB graduating and leaving.

However, that doesn't seem to be the case...and this time he's leaving to "focus on the family."

Urban Meyer is only 46 years old, so he's still got a good deal of years in him. However, the stress of coaching...especially in the SEC, would wear on even the healthiest of souls.

Let's just hope that Urban Meyer isn't the next Brett Favre, claiming to quit, only to take it back season after season.

Still yet, he's gotta do something. There's no indication that he's heading to the pros. Perhaps he will take a job with a smaller, less stressful program?

Then again, he could write a memoir. That's what people do these days. Hey...if Meghan McCain can sell a book, Urban Meyer can too.
