BCS 2010 Standings: Bowl Championship series rankings will be released on October 17th. This is an exciting time for NCAA football, as it will tell us where the schools actually rank. There were some big movements in the AP Polls this week, as the South Carolina upset of Alabama really changed the landscape of the rankings. Bleacher Report reports, though, that when the BCS rankings do come out, it won't be Ohio State or Alabama or even Auburn at the top. No, instead it will be Boise State.
Yes that is right. Boise State. Kind of odd, isn't it? Alabama may not have a chance to go to the BCS championship again this year. They are expected to slip to #10 after their loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks. ESPN reports that Alabama is currently #8 at the AP and USA Today polls.
We will have to see on October 17 what the BCS 2010 Standings bring out, and what that means for our favorite teams. Where do you think that the BCS standings for this year will fall?
