Report: Conan O’Brien Returns To Late Night TV

Report: Conan O’Brien Returns To Late Night TV. Conan O'Brien is back, after a legal prohibition from performing on TV in the wake of losing "The Tonight Show" to Jay Leno, his predecessor. The whole change in late night lineup was a huge controversy, and O'Brien's fans are excited to see him re-emerge on his own show on TBS.

Conan O'Brien's biggest competition isn't Leno or Letterman. Most of those in audiences under 30 don't really know who Leno is, yet he still faces even stronger opposition - Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert on Comedy Central.

Now, Comedy Central has the most talked about hour in prime time - and Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert were able to pull off an amazing rally at the National Mall.

So yes, O'Brien faces strong competitors.

However, Conan O'Brien is starting out on the right foot, with Seth Rogen and Tom Hanks among his guest lineup.

What are your thoughts on Conan O'Brien's return to late night TV.
