Steelers Vs. Patriots Score & Highlights

Steelers vs Patriots score & highlights. Steelers vs Patriots was Sunday night football's epic battle. The Steelers going in to the week were #1 in the AFC North, and the Patriots were #2 in the AFC East. Both are strong contenders going in to the post-season, and either of them would make a great bid for the AFC seat at the Super Bowl. However, to get there they would have to likely meet again and then also overcome the Colts, who are #1 in the AFC South.

Last night, the Patriots won over the Steelers 39-26, and the game was a great one. Tom Brady lead the way, using laser like precision to cut through the Steelers' world renowned defense. Although the defense is nothing like it was in the days of the "Steel Curtain", it is still one of the best in the league. Defeating Roethlisberger's team is no small feat for the Pats.

Tom Brady threw an amazing 350 yards during the game - rookie tightend Rob Gronkowski was passed the ball for three amazing TDs.

The Steelers held in there as well - although their big efforts didn't end up giving them enough to win the game.

Patriots vs Dolphins Monday Night Football 2010 Brings Bonamego Termination

Patriots vs Dolphins Monday night football 2010 lead to the firing of special teams coach John Bonamego. Darren Rizzi will take over as special teams coach. The Dolphins lost to the Patriots 41-14.

In the second half, the special teams coach’s fate was sealed after the Patriots returned the opening kick off for a TD, and also after two kicks were blocked. The head coach won’t inform the press if special teams problems are related to coaching.

The special teams problems cost the team 21 points. Of course, with those 21 points in consideration it’s not certain if the Dolphins would have won or not, but it surely wouldn’t be as an embarrassment.

This is the most lop-sided defeat in 3 years. The head coach is devastated he had to make the decision to let Bonamego go, because he is a hard worker.

Still yet, the Monday Night Football 2010 game Patriots vs Dolphins shouldn’t have played out the way it did.
