Sunday Night Football 2010 Ends in Giant Victory

The Giant's won their first game since NFL Week 1 in their Sunday Night Football bout against the Chicago Bears. This was notable for a couple of reasons - first, the Giants haven't been playing that strongly this year so far. They've had a couple of embarrassing losses - the first during the week 2 Sunday Night Football appearance against the Colts, and then again last week against the Tennessee Titans.

The Bears have done well, even managing to beat NFC North rivals Green Bay Packers last week. Their 3-0 record was broken today by the Giants.

In the end, the victory was good for the Giants. They won 17-3, as their defense ensured that the Bears didn't make any Touchdowns. This is a better outcome than their matches against the Colts and the Titans, which ended in 14-38 and 10-29 losses in weeks 2 and 3.

Tomorrow, the Dolphins will take on the Patriots during Monday Night Football. That's a highly watched game as well.

Other notable NFL news today include Michael Vick getting injured, and then the Ravens vs Steelers game, where the Ravens ended the Steelers undefeated record during the final week of Ben Roethlisberger's suspension.
