The 2010 Army-Navy football game isn't today. Every year, this is when the annual Army Navy game would fall, but it's not. With many other high profile games occurring, this one will have to wait until next week at 2:30 EST on CBS. While the servicemen aren't included in the NCAA they have quickly become bowl eligible, with all three major teams - Army, Navy, and Air Force, becoming bowl eligible faster than Notre Dame.
The Fighting Irish had a rough year, losing battles to both Michigan and Michigan State.
So it will be next weekend when the Midshipmen take on the US Army in an epic battle which seeks to separate the men from the boys. Personally, this is one of my favorite games of the year because of the strong rivalry involved.
