NCAA Football Scores & BCS Rankings 2010

NCAA Football Scores & BCS Rankings 2010. The NCAA football scores are coming in and the BCS Rankings 2010 will likely change as a result. Amazingly, Mizzou was able to upset the OU Sooners, which will knock the Oklahoma team out of the #1 slot, and likely replace them with the Ducks of Oregon.

Alabama and Ohio State aren't at the top of the BCS rankings, which is rather remarkable. The two teams are arguably two of the best programs in the nation.

Although Alabama has slipped in the rankings, over the continuing weeks it's expected that they will creep back up again. It would be shocking if the Crimson Tide wasn't in a big Bowl Game.

The top five of the BCS before week 8 were the Sooners, the Oregon Ducks, the Boise State Broncos, the Auburn Tigers, and the TCU Horned Frogs. Now, I wouldn't be surprised at all if these rankings were shook up after this week.

Once the BCS rankings are updated, we will let you know.

  1. You should eat your Wheaties! What excuse will you computer experts come up with next to keep Boise St out of #1. Even if you're now rating teams on "best programs in the nation" you can't ignore them in that category either...or can you?

  2. Boise needs to play someone besides the equivalent to junior colleges. As soon as they come up against a real team, they are going to run home to the potato fields.

  3. Obviously the Auburn Tigers have played the toughest teams thus far. Can anyone really justify being ranked ahead of them? They went undefeated in 04 and were left out of the BCSCG. That certainly should never happen to an SEC undefeated team.

  4. Go Tigers! That was a fantastic game.

  5. Auburn should be ranked number 2 after this week. They have played the toughest schedule of the top five.

  6. Boise and tcu should be ranked behind auburn and possibly behind alabama. come to think of it they should be behind missouri and michigan state and maybe even wisconsin. Name boise and tcu's signature wins this year.ok boise beat va tech and oregon state and tcu beat air force. Are you kidding me?

  9. M-I-Z...Z-O-U!!!! First off Missouri was #2 in the country for least average points allowed. Just because Missouri wasn't good for a bunch of years doesn't mean they aren't a good team now. MIZZOU has been getting better and better starting with the Brad Smith days. LSU can suck it and to all you Boise State fans.......THEY DON"T PLAY ANYBODY!!! Come play in a real Conference and then you can bitch about not being #1.

  10. I think everybody is underestimating Alabama, they had one bad game and the nation just forgets about them? They have to play the hardest schedule in college football playing six, count em' SIX teams in a row coming off a bye week. They are the defending national champions, mark my words Alabama is one of the best teams in the nation and will beat Auburn at home and then go on to beat South Carolina in the SEC championship redeeming themselves for that one loss and then go on to play in the National Championship.

  11. Alabama has shown their true colors and it ain't all crimson. They are not the team they were last year. Nowhere close. Wake up... the Bear is gone, the Tide will never Role like it did under PBB. Sorry.
